Hint: It has nothing to do with stuff

I saw a reel one time that you’re supposed to usher in prosperity each month by blowing cinnamon into your house. You can also light a cinnamon incense stick and trace your doorway.

I like the renewing that doing this each month brings.

So, I blew cinnamon in my doorway with the following wishes for July for all of us:

• Good Health — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual
• Safety — being able to go for a walk as your authentic self without fear
• Happiness — find bits of simple joy each day
• Prosperity — a roof over your head, food to eat, love in your life, etc.
• Peace — in your heart and in your soul

There’s a lot of dumpster fires in the world right now, and yet I believe blowing a little cinnamon and putting it out there to the universe will give us what we all need.
